Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.

Physical examinations after April 1st 2023 will be valid for the 2023-2024 school year. Physical examinations before April 1st 2023 will be valid for the 2023-2024 school year but will need an alternate year card to be submitted. All physicals before April 1st 2022 are expired.
