Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.

Physical examinations after April 1st, 2024 will be valid for the 2024-2025 school year. Physical examinations before April, 1st 2024 will be valid for the 2024-2025 school year but will need an alternate year card to be submitted. All physicals before April, 1st 2023 are no longer valid.
